Anchor Diagnostics was founded in 2015 with the aim to contribute to the advancement of today's molecular diagnostic landscape by further improving
the conjunction of clinical diagnostics and therapy.
As the ultimate goal customers should be supported to perform real "near patient" - testing also outside the classical diagnostics environments.
The team behind Anchor Diagnostics does have more than 20 years of experience in the development, manufacturing and commercialisation of regulated diagnostic products for molecular in vitro diagnostic use.
With a focus on infectious diseases our track record comprises the approval of more than 30 CE-IVD certified kits including a couple of international product registrations and FDA approvals (510k & PMA).
Additionally, extensive experience in the development and integration of automated platform solutions is available.
Before establishing Anchor Diagnostics Rainer Soeller and Thomas Grewing started their career as co-founder of the artus GmbH in 1998. After the acquisition by QIAGEN in 2005 Rainer became a Director of R&D and Thomas served as Managing Director and VP for PCR-based Molecular Diagnostic Assays until 2014.
