Thomas is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of launching innovative healthcare solutions and ensures the company's operations align with its mission to deliver impactful diagnostic technologies. As a co-founder of Artus GmbH in 1998, Thomas helped build a leading diagnostics company, later acquired by Qiagen in 2005, where he advanced to Managing Director & VP, overseeing global teams in Hamburg, Singapore, and the USA.
With a background in molecular virology and over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and communications, Tobias is a recognized leader in the diagnostics industry. His passion for customer engagement has been demonstrated throughout his career at renowned life science and Medtech companies. At ANCHOR Diagnostics, Tobias is dedicated to driving sustainable growth and advancing our mission to improve laboratory workflows and patient outcomes.
With over 10 years of leadership experience in IVD quality management, Anja has a proven track record of successfully leading national and international audits. At ANCHOR Diagnostics, Anja serves as both the Person Responsible for Regulatory Compliance (PRRC) and Quality Management Representative (QMR). In these roles, Anja leverages her expertise to maintain and continuously enhance the company’s quality management system, ensuring full compliance with global regulations and regulatory standards.
Arnim is a seasoned professional with 15 years of expertise in PCR and next-generation sequencing assay development, specializing in microbiology, bioinformatics, and diagnostic technologies. With a creative and solution-driven approach, combined with a proven track record of leading and executing innovative projects at global life science companies, Arnim is passionate about advancing technologies and exploring novel applications to solve complex challenges in diagnostics.
Stefan brings over 16 years of experience in the development and certification of diverse IVD products across various companies. Since joining ANCHOR Diagnostics in 2015, he has played a key role in the development of all our IVD products to date. In addition, Stefan has been instrumental in establishing and implementing quality control concepts in our company to ensure the highest standards in our offerings.
Rainer brings extensive expertise in molecular diagnostics, driving collaboration with external partners to advance innovative solutions. As a co-founder of Artus GmbH, a pioneering PCR diagnostics company later acquired by Qiagen, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the industry. With a career spanning more than 25 years, Rainer is widely respected as a dedicated leader and innovator in healthcare diagnostics.
With 14 years of experience in finance and business development, Adrian has driven growth through strategic decisions, solidifying financial foundations and enabling innovative business models. As Chief Business Development Officer at a real estate group with over 13 companies, Adrian demonstrated strong leadership. For the past three years, he has held this senior role at ANCHOR Diagnostics, playing a key role in the company’s continuous growth and development.
Nele holds a PhD in Microbiology with expertise in protein characterization, biochemistry, and molecular biology. She has extensive experience in assay development and production, which she now brings to her role as Head of Production at ANCHOR Diagnostics. In this capacity, Nele spearheads innovative purification strategies and leads automation initiatives. Passionate about problem-solving, she leverages new technologies to optimize processes and drive transformative results.
