Precise Quantitative and Qualitative Detection and Differentiation
- Uses distinguishable fluorescent dyes for simultaneous and highly specific detection and differentiation of Influenza A, Influenza B, and SARS CoV-2 RNA and the Internal Control across four detector channels.
Integrated Quality Monitoring
- Includes an Internal Control (IC) to verify sample extraction success and detect PCR amplification inhibition.
- Features a Positive Control with artificial RNA representing target sequences of both Influenza A and B to ensure reagent integrity and reaction performance.
- Comes with a Negative Control RNA to exclude false positive results.
