Integrated Quality Monitoring
- Includes an Internal Control (IC) to verify sample extraction success and detect PCR amplification inhibition.
- Features a Positive Control (PC) with synthetic RNA bearing OROV target sequence to ensure reagent integrity and proper amplification performance.
- Negative Control (NC RNA) is included to exclude false positive results and monitor contamination.
