Qualitative Detection and Differentiation
- Uses distinguishable fluorescent dyes for the simultaneous and highly specific detection and differentiation of Influenza A, Influenza B, SARS-CoV2 and RSV RNA and the Internal Control using distinguishable fluorescent dyes across five detector channels of real-time PCR instruments.
Integrated Quality Monitoring
- Includes an Internal Control (IC) to verify sample extraction success and detect PCR amplification inhibition.
- Features a Positive Control with artificial RNA representing all target sequences to ensure reagent integrity and reaction performance.
- Comes with a Negative Control RNA to exclude false positive results.
